Resep soto ayam
Bahan
Bahan-bahan untuk membuat soto ayam terdiri dari 10 bahan. Untuk membuat soto ayam, bahan yang paling dipakai adalah minyak.
- 1 ekor (900 gr) ayam, belah menjadi 4 bagian
- 2 liter air
- 2 cm jahe
- 3 batang serai, memarkan
- 1 ½ sdm garam
- ½ sdt lada putih bubuk
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- 10 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
- 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis 50 ml minyak untuk menggoren
Agar proses membuat soto ayam semakin mudah, Anda dapat menggunakan blender. Di dalamnya terdiri dari empat bumbu halus dan bumbu halus yang banyak digunakan adalah bawang.

Agar rasa soto ayam semakin nikmat, Anda bisa membuat sambal. Bahan yang perlu disiapkan jumlahnya hanya ada empat buah. Tentunya, bahan yang paling banyak digunakan adalah bawang.
- 60 gr cabai rawit merah
- 4 buah cabai merah keriting
- 3 siung bawang putih
- ½ sdt garam
Cara memasak
- Biarkan air dan ayam direbus di dalam panci dengan rentang waktu 15 menit;
- Panaskan 5 sdm minyak di wajan sambil menunggu ayam rebus. Lalu, tumis bumbu halus dan serai hingga harum. Kemudian, tuang ke dalam ayam yang direbus;
- Campurkan garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Selanjutnya, masak sampai kuah berwarna kuning dan ayam matang. Lalu, angkat ayam dan sisihkan kaldunya;
- Masukkan 50 ml minyak di wajan penggorengan. Kemudian, goreng ayam di dalam minyak panas hingga warnanya kecoklatan dengan cara dibolak-balik. Jika ayam suwir sudah matang, sisihkanlah;
- Cara membuat sambal, yaitu rebus cabai rawit, cabai merah, dan bawang putih hingga layu. Kemudian, angkat sambal dan tambahkan garam. Lalu, haluskan dengan blender;
- Terakhir, sajikan kuah soto bersama ayam suwir, pelengkap, kecap manis, dan sambal.
